He slipped in fine but the town was infested by them, it might be a good idea to risk it and try to find out what the salks are attracted too

SARK's sensors were reading "DANGER, DANGER" the second the thought of investigating the source of the salks interest came to mind. He tried reasoning with himself as to why he should do it; investigating the source might give him some idea of the salks behavioral patterns and give him a clue about how to avoid them without harming them in the future. Yes, it was all for... gathering information? Even SARK couldn't really find a good reason to investigate, but, alas, curiosity got the better of him. His sensors were still reading "DANGER, DANGER" the whole time, but SARK blocked them out as he went to investigate.

Well look at me being late to the party with a quickly scrabbled together bio. Surprise! Not really though.

Equipment: A blowtorch, suitable for both cutting and welding, a multitool that allows for measuring and marking as well as fastening and loosening most kinds of screws, and a small pistol running on batteries, of which he carries 4.



Basic Appearance: An soft oval shell, pale blue in colour, on top of a long, soft body. Ten tentacle-like limbs extend from the bottom, ending in pointy tips that can split into six fingers. Four of the limbs will usually be used for walking at one time. In the front can be found a head, covered in the same soft shell, with four eyes and a large mouth. The eyes rest behind translucent patches of the shell. It stands at 1.4 meters tall and 2 meters long.

The scavenger in question had a feeling that maybe-- just maybe-- he ought to let another man try these things before he himself. Or better yet, give one of these things to a rat. Shaking his head, he looked at the road that had led him to this rather gruesome and sparse scavenging session, mindful of the rediscovered shotgun resting on his shoudlers.

The scavenger furrowed his brow as he stated at the mutated birds, taking out one of the rags he had picked up earlier. He then cut a roughly three foot section of rope off of the coil he had on him, zip tying the now bunched up rag to one end of it. Taking his melter once more, he set the bunched up rag aflame, making a sort of limp rope torch. Taking the end that wasn't on fire in hand, he ventured towards "Harmony", ready to whack any bird that got too confident with the ignited side of the torch.

There was nothing, just a working car and a life, the glass was starting to crack

As he walked into the town he saw a swarm of salks around one place, there was cars and houses along the way but more than likely those where empty, every now and then a Salk tries there luck to dive bomb the Scav but fire isn't fun

As the Scav got into view of the swarm there was a sound they where going after, a car, and muffled screaming

(Yup... Gotta get your guys in one place some how )

A few of the Salks went for the food, tearing it apart, however most where far more interested in the car and the man inside
