Quirk: Oni (Striker, Transformation) - Ryuji can transform into something akin to an Oni of Japanese folklore for up to 2 minutes. After this timer runs out, or when he manually returns to his normal state, he must rest for twice the amount of time he spent in his transformed form.
Appearance: When transformed, Ryuji becomes 4,5 meters tall and weighs 250 kilos. His skin turns soot-black and his teeth turn into seemingly malformed carnivorous teeth; especially his jaws’ canines grow much larger, going outside his mouth and almost reaching his eyes with a closed mouth. His scleras turn black and his pupils turn red. Ryuji's horns grow relative to his actual growth and then some, getting a more fierce look to them and even getting molten tips that sear to the touch.
Capabilities: When transformed into an “oni”, Ryuji becomes far stronger while his agility and dexterity falls appropriately. He is capable of crossing large distances quite quickly relative to other humans due to his size, but the actual speed of his movements fall. He can also jump considerably higher into the air, his record being almost 2 meters, although this is, once more, mostly due to his size. Additionally, <name>’s skin gets considerably thicker, being able to effortlessly ward off weaker attacks. While he can still mostly think straight, if he gets too consumed in a battle or by an emotion, he can go berserk.
Potential for Growth/things to work on: His physical constitution in general (strength, defense, speed, stamina, etc.), not going berserk, compensating for his lack of agility and dexterity, shortening his cooldown and lengthening the time he can stay transformed.
Why They Want To Be A Hero: When Ryuji was little, he'd always watched videos of heroes in action and reenacted the scenes with his childhood friends - although he mostly ended up as the villain due to the appearance of his quirk. As a result, though, he quickly came to respect not only the actions of the heroes he watched on video, but the work that went into those actions. At the young age of 8, he'd already decided he wanted to be a hero for sure, and that dream never changed.
Basic appearance: 198 cm tall, 90 kilos; very muscular. Pale, Asian skin and short brown hair. 2 thick horns protruding from his temples, twisting upwards. Scary face with thin-ish piercing black eyes and a mouth constantly down turned in a frown regardless of emotion.
Personality: Foul-mouthed and somewhat rude, but with a very strong sense of justice and a passion for helping people. Usually pretty narrowminded and stubborn, but quick to renounce his wrong-doings in the face of undeniable facts.
