Riachi dropped down in the far right corner of the large sandbox. On the opposite side of the arena would be David.

Riachi's head swung to the side, his eyebrow raising. "Who are you again?" after which he quickly shrugged. He didn't want to be bothered with this dialogue, just fight. So he set off and sprinted forward towards David. He had taken out his knife, and aimed his left hand forward. He fired three shards as he charged.

He growled as three bullets launched him to the ground. "Oh fuck off" He said, as he slowly got back up. Now, he didn't move towards him. Instead, he inspected his chest where the bullets hit. "The fucking luck on you" Riachi's eyes went back up to look at David. He pointed his left hand at him, slowly walking towards David while firing another salvo.

With a quick lunge, Riachi skipped over the first bullet. By a series of skillful turns while rushing forward, the other two bullets barely missed him. He kept running forward, his speed not having faltered at all. He was barely close enough to stab David. "Still not impressed."

Riachi jumped forward, rolling over the ground and ending up besides David. Then, as his right leg landed on the ground, he pushed off sideways to this time lunge into David. His knife ready and going for a stab. Since he only just arrived, he only had time to follow up with a single slash.

The first cut slashed at Riachi's face, sending a small bit of blood flying. He flinched back and held a hand up to his face to cover the wound. Two steps he stumbled back before getting back his composure. Once he could focus again, he could see David surging right for him. He side stepped and kneeled down. as David rushed past, he extended an arm and stood up, connecting his arm with his chin and throwing David back over in his movement. In his other hand was the knife, which he would use to follow up on his parry on David's run.

David's faltering worked in Riachi's advantage. Although a bullet scraped past his shoulder as he rolled past David, he was still able to keep distance the same by running after him. He finished up his roll with a series of slashes and stabs.
