Edward carefully looked over the picture, trying to remember just when the world went to hell- before or after this date? He couldn't even recall when he had been separated from his siblings in the first few evacuations...

Aerlina rushed back to the middle. "Spread the word! Every able-bodied man and woman need to arm themselves! They are coming in two minutes! Prepare!" She kept shouting as she ran along the encampment.

"Are you sure you can recognize where they are? I've heard tales of blind men being able to walk unaided and ride bicycles before Hell broke loose, but aiming and leading the shot is a whole other ballgame." Edward said to Rob, looking nervously at where the screams of hellspawn came from. He recalled something, and faced Sam for a moment. "Remember Sam, i'll be wanting my coat back."

Aerlina pulled the lever, momentarily drew her katanas and summersaulted away from the switch and the station. She looked up, standing in a defensive position.

The lights went off. Everything was silent, the masked men where only an outline to whoever looked at them, the leader in front of the masked me. Terry and Sam where no where to be seen. everything was calm, the only thing heard was the storm raging outside. It was the calm before the storm. Then like a spy a goul, only a outline in the light, jumped down in the entrance. No one dared to do anything. The goul stood on it's two legs slightly crouched with it's arms out stretched with calms visibly long and sharp. It straightened up and smelt the air. Thirty long seconds past then it let out an ear defining screech, with that the goul charged in towards a masked man. The a loud bang! Was heard and the goul fell back missing a large proportion of it's head.

Then hell broke loose. Gouls jumped down from the surface charging in using only smell to find their victims. A large number came for the group of masked men, five found out where Rob and Edward where, all five charging in. Another three went after Aerlina.

Rob heard the patter of feet coming from behind him, to Edward this would be in front of him. Rob took a deep breath, as the hell spawns approached. Then one jumped for him. Rob turned and, using his cane, smacked the creature out of the air, as the creature fell to the ground he shot the creature, even if he was blind he fought as if he had many more than two eye's. The other four gouls still came, one leading the rest and going after Edward.

Out of the three gouls going for Aerlina Two jumped for her, claws outstretched ready to shred flesh off bone. On closer inspection it was able to be seen they wore shredded cloths. One was male the other female, they had no hair, and their flesh was decaying.
