SOMEWHERE IN NEVADA…
Few days has passed after the “Incident” with nuclear - like blastwave. Whoever has left, now tries to survive in the destroyed Nevada. Due to being in Improbability Drive all this time, nothing from outside world can be done to help it - Nevada is on it’s own.
Sun, giving strange light that make the sky red like blood, was actually giving warm feeling. Factions, Once powerful, fighting with each other to achieve different goals - now hopelessly trying to bring back their days of bright. Nevada will once more see the blood baths, and it’s ground will feel hundreds of dead bodies.
Once again, only Madness will last.
Refuges. Bunch of random people who meet each other and decided to gang up together to fight aganist everything that wasn’t with them. Leader was picked quickly - Jessica.
She stood in front of destroyed town. Little, abandoned and mostly ruined - great for little camp, maybe even a base. With few green tents set up under the one of family houses, she was ready to give first orders as the leader.
Nine people were standing in front of her - one of them looked… experienced, to say at least. Few scars here and there, and bad will in eyes. For sure tougher than other people around here.
Nexus. Matthew has escaped the Death, right after the blow. Facility, that he was working in, has… encountered a little problems with test subjects, let’s say. Majority of underground base was wiped out by zombies, killing everybody on their way. As always, mistake of one people has caused dozens of deaths.
He, few of low level scientists and one of guards - either skilled or lucky enough to fight their way out of infected rooms - shut down whole project base, making sure that nothing will get out from it.
After day or two, they had to stop somewhere. Decision was a little village, abbanonded after the blast most probably. They menaged to get some tents from destroyed houses, and set up a little base - under the lead of Dr. Gonzalez, higest in science ranks from anybody else, new story ot Nexus survivors begins. But… How long they will last? And what they will do to Nevada?
A.A.A.A.H.W. Communications with general quarters has been cut off, most probably because of being too close to centre of Nevada and wiped out by blast. Little camp of few rebeliants, under the command of Adal - once in order to train them basic of survival, now being probably last appearance of A.A.A.A.H.W. soldiers, has been left alone in Nevada.
Tents were set up in lightly forested area. Ideal for hiding, but not that it makes much difference now. Few trainee were siting here or there, talking with each other or playing cards - one of most popular type of spending free time. One of trained rebeliants was standing in front, watching the surroundings, like excepting to something. Maybe they were looking like bunch of too happy kids, but for sure they were loyal and hardworking.
Just awaiting for orders.
