Contests!

So, starting this month off, we have ourselves a wonderful art contest being created! Yes, you artistic types, we are trying to make sure you are fully welcomed to the site and we greatly encourage you to show off your art and writing styles any chance you get the itch. We have a special spot just for you in the writing and art forum just for this contest, and it is right HERE! Winners of this wonderfully amazing contest will receive a special colored name, painted orange because we like to be simple sometimes. 

So.. how about we actually talk about what you are supposed to draw here. Your picture must include one or more SRT characters in a Halloween costume of any kind (Please keep it... pg-13-pg-17. Our characters are not sex dolls.) and they will be judged by none other than..... Me. Yes, that means I'm kicking the other staff members in the tail and saying join on in and show us your artistic styling with your special characters! And just for fun, I will also be dropping a little Halloween Luna for everyone to see because what is a Halloween event without the psychotic kitty rampaging about in a cute little outfit? I DON'T KNOW!


Now..... There is talk of a Halloween event that would shake the dead from their slumber. This event is known simply as a king of the ring Arena match. Not sure what that is? Well, a king of the ring match is like this:



Each player can choose ONE character to join in the match up and fight in one on one arena matches, the winner moving on to the next match against another winner of the previous round. Once at the final match, the final two characters will enter an Arena match like none other, fighting to claim the title as the King of Halloween! Partners will be chosen randomly to ensure things stay fair, and to ensure that players don't carry out personal rivalries. This is not a way to prove you're better than your enemy. This is a way to prove you're better than EVERYBODY! At the beginning of each round, each character will have full health, and a spooky scary surprise will happen just before the fight. 

There is also a super secret prize for winning at the end of this event.

To mark your place in the king of the ring event, please make a post here with the sentence: "I'm ready for a spooky scary time!" (Please note that if you fail to include that sentence in your post, you will not be entered into the drawing. (Also please note that I am doing this to be a dick.)) The contest will start on Wednesday, October 13, 2016. I will pair partners up at 11:00 PM (UTC -5) and the contest will start at 12:00 PM (UTC -5)
