PBR:  These Vietnam-era ships with a very creative name (Patrol Boat, River) does exactly what it is meant to do; move through rivers where larger ships cannot and serve some commies a heaping serving of freedom with a side of liberty.   Well, they used to;  Now they give anarchy for Xerna and racism for the SPR.  Cruising around majority of shallow waterways, this handy dandy ship will be able to combat a majority of unarmored opponents with relative ease.  It has a full crew of four, each having some knowledge of the other's job, and historically have had a very high casualty rate.  
With the displacement of 8.9 tons and the speed of 53 km/h, it sacrificed armor for speed. However, that doesn't mean that it is lightly armed by any means, and is perfect for quick interception and attacks.  It has a dual .50 MG set into the front, and a single .50 MG in the rear above a grenade launcher. 

Health: 200.  AP 2.  Driver gains no AP protection from the vehicle.
Dual .50 MG: Roll 1-10 dices with 6 sides. Need 1 or 6 to hit. Does 10 bullet damage. AP 3. Mid-long range.
40mm launcher: Roll 1-3 dices with 6 sides. 1 does 50 explosive damage. 6 does 40 explosive damage. 3 does 20 explosive damage. AP 3. Mid range.  Operator gains no AP protection from the vehicle.
Manual MG: Roll 1-5 dices with 6 sides. Need 1 to hit. Does 5 bullet damage. AP 3. Operator gains no AP protection from the vehicle. Mid-long range
