Hydra, the true monster of the land. A beast no man should ever meet unless they want six heads of fire looming over them, ready to burn them to a crisp. This beast is said to stand as the high of two fully grown oak trees. It’s scales as tough as steel, it’s teeth as sharp as razors and it’s fire as hot as hell fire.


A Wandering Serpent, a beast that will slither on the ground and once it finds it’s target, you better have the speed of a Unicorn or you will be crushed by this creature wrapping around you. This creature is a giant snake, with a venomous bite. It’s venom is able to paralyse it’s target for a short amount of time. It is also believed their scales have a strange property allowing them to take less damage from magic.


The all mighty ent. The protector of the forest and nature. The beings that protect the school. These creatures are said to live up to one hundred and fifty years long and stand at the size of an oak tree. They have even been seen to manipulate nature as they see fit.
However another race of tree ents live, known as the Grand Oak. These ents are the oldest and strongest, however it appears only one lives to this day but it’s story tells us, it is able to control nature and all the creatures that inhabit it, it is also said this tree ent has seen empires rise and falls.


Ferals, the Vampires and Werewolves that have gone bad, controlled by bloodlust and the want to feed off the living. Nothing is left for them. They only seek to destroy and feed, not for a happiness, not for pleasure, not for plain but for the soul reason to kill. If you see one, run. 
No picture of a feral has ever been taken.


Fairies, these smalls creatures aren’t evil, just sometimes a general annoyance. Playing tricks on people, tricking people. However presides that, they aren’t bad, however they are incredibly allergic    to Iron. It is so bad that coming into contact with it, will set their skin alight.


Pixies, these are Fairies evil cousins, their sharp claws and teeth can rip through flesh like a knife through paper. Their skin a sickly grey and their eyes as black as night. They are usually associated with black magic. Stay away from them.


Unicorns, an endangered species of beast, but no less majestic and beautiful beast. However for how ever beautiful this beast is, forever more deadly it is. It's horn is strong enough to pierce right through armour and, it can travel faster than any normal horse. A Unicorn is describe as a huge white horse, with a long white horn and silver blood. The blood is said to grant immortality, however the blood will also curse you.


Trolls, ah the big trolls always stumbling around looking for a meal. It's brute strength is something to be feared however it's dim-witted and thick skull is laughable really. However it is wise to keep away from these creatures as they do have a craving for blood lust, they also seem to have a way with earth magic.


Golems, the protector, the destroyer, the golem. The golem is a creature of blind will power who's only purpose is to it's master. They are strong, will follow any orders and slow. They can either make the perfect guardians or the most fear bulk of an army.

Humans. An interesting race, it is said that they were the first to be on this planet and they have a particular knack with technology and magic. They can be completely normal or they can be the next sorcerer. It is hard to tell however, too bad there isn’t a school to teach them how to become one…. Oh wait! Any human has the power to become the next Grand Wizard of Germany or the lead scientist in machinery.


Lycanthropes are powerful Race that appear human however upon night they are able to transform into a Wolf, and when a full moon rises they turn into a Werewolf. A Werewolf won’t be able to think properly and will act on instinct however, a Werewolf that isn’t feral isn’t controlled by bloodlust, meaning they can control their thoughts partly. This form can also be triggered by an emes amount of anger as well. When a Lycanthrope turns into a Werewolf they will be faster and stronger, stronger than a Vampire in it’s blood form, however will be unable to communicate and think properly.


Vampire are very powerful Creature. They appear human however they have sickly pale skin and their canines are long and sharp. They do not like sun as it nulls their powers and too much exposure can lead to them fainting. However Vampires have a way with blood magic and necromancy, being able to learn it quicker than others. The only thing that leads this creature to discrimination is the fact they live off blood, they can go about two weeks without blood however that’s like a human starving himself. However another thing that makes these creatures scarier is their ability to go into a form known as a vampire’s Blood Form. This allows a vampire to grow into a large muscular creature with grey skin and blood red eyes, they are stronger and faster in this form, however a down side to this form, is that they have to fight the bloodlust. Their mind will always be fighting against the intent to kill and normal thoughts.


Cyborgs an interesting race of people who have lost a body part in an accident or who are looking for a bit of an upgrade. These people have a bit more knowledge of tech and some “improvements” can lead them to be stronger in certain areas. However a certain fear in modern society is that some people may be more machine than man. However despite these fears these people can use both technology and magic to their advantage. However it is not recommended as Magical machinery is still within development.


Natari are an interesting race, as they are both animal and humanoid, some can contain the horns of dear while others can take on the tail of a cat. They range from all creatures, and seem to have a much better grip on Natural magic than other races, they also posses the power of whatever animal they are connected with. There is a long standing debate on where they have came from, many argue it was from Japan and others say it is Germany, while some groups argue it is Africa. However Many Nataris say they did not originate from one place, instead they purely evolved with humans.

Larmheid was once a castle built in the eighteen hundreds for a mysterious king who was said to rule his land fairly but with an iron fist. No one knew a lot about this man, and he had no heir as he never married. However one thing that was true about this man was he practiced in the dark arts. Some say he released the creatures that live in the forest, others say he was trying to fight a dark spirit however, these are all myths, legends. Then at the end of his rule a fire was started in the castle burning down half of the castle. The cause of the fire is still unknown.

When the burnt down castle was found almost a century later. The people who found it could sense a powerful magic within the area, however that came to no surprise as Ireland was the magic hub of the world, so the school was built upon the grounds. However because of the castles Mysterious past their are rumours that ghosts of the old staff, of the once great castle, still haunt the grounds.
