The goblins would become more clear. They were larger than a normal goblin, and their skin dark gray. These were hobgoblins.

Yakov would see a sight most terrifying. A leshen stood upon the hill in the center. The worst part.. he had Christmas lights all around him and several ornaments hanging off of him. It was, after getting used to how queer it looked, a terrifying Christmas leshen.

"Mister Yakov, what new information have you learned from your most recent investigation?" Priscilla asked firmlt, mentally prepared to begin planning their defeat of whatever is causing this land to freeze. This ice was against nature's intent, and though magic was as natural as could be, it wasn't meant to do things like freeze a desert.

Riachi stood, a hand on his chin as he intently thought and analysed the new info.

"We don't know for sure if these hobgoblins use magic. But what we do know is that we need to take them out first. The less enemies we have to deal with the better..." He said, more to himself than to the others.
