Freezer burn- a water spell that freezes whatever the user touches on contact. This spell slows the target down, reducing their attacks per round by 2 no matter where it touches them, and causes intense pain.
Costs 75 Mp. Roll a d6. The spell will last for as many rounds as is shown on the dice, unless a 1 or 6 is rolled, in which case the spell fails.
