A young girl looked at her shaking hands, wondering if she could really do this. She stood up and shook her head to clear the thoughts of how she will soon be sinful out of her head as she picked up her halberd and fastened her plate armor, she slashed the air casting her portal spell as she walked into the domain of Fenshin.

That is where Zerna sinned




She came out the other side of the portal, face to face with her lord, her god, her father. Fenshin the god of light. "Champion Zerna, why do you return? The temple of Relo is not burnt to the ground yet! Leave!"

A tear streamed down her face "I am sorry my lord... But I am afraid I can not do it... For you see, the priests of Relo are not the ones who shall die today, it is you"

His face grew grim "Me? The one who raised you? This betrayal... It can not be forgiven!"

Zerna has no time to speak before massive explosions of holy light erupted around her, she scowled as she summoned her holy light halberd to move in but as her hand gripped the shaft she felt pain spark through her body. Fenshin spoke "You are summoning a holy light weapon? My dear girl that is very foolish, you are unholy now! You have made a fatal mistake" The massive god stood up from his throne and summoned his lance, he thrusted his lance down towards Zerna forcing her to jump back.

Zerna sighed "I was expecting this..." She pulled the halberd she grabbed before coming here off her back, it glowing with void enchantments "This is what I got from the temple of Relo you sent me to. A priest enchanted it for me when I told him what I was going to do, I am sorry my lord but you must die" Zerna ran towards the god, moving side to side to avoid the massive light lance and the blasts of holy light. She got to his leg and was about to slash when suddenly she got hit, sending her flying to the right. She slammed onto the white marble floor and forced her self up to see something she feared to see: Her sister.

Her sister, Arch Angel Leana now Champion stood in front of her with a holy light spear in hand

"Zerna" She spoke "Why... Why are you doing this sister? Why are you betraying our lord!?"

Zerna fought back tears "... He can't be trusted. His mind is breaking down along with his soul, we both know his time is coming to an end and he is getting desperate..."

"You know nothing..." Leana spoke with nothing but sadness and hate in her voice as she spread her wings and charged towards Zerna

Zerna tried to fire a holy light blast but couldn't as her soul was already sinful, she instead pushed to her feet and readied her halberd. As Leana's spear came in Zerna knocked it to the side and tried to stab back, this was unsuccessful as Leana in the air could simply roll mid-air away and try again. As Leana charged back in Zerna instead leapt forwards, getting under her sister and swiped with her halberd, cutting off her sister's wing.

Leana landed on the marble floor, screaming in agony. This did not last long as Zerna's halberd stabbed into her neck. Zerna's tears mixed with her sister's blood as it pooled under her feet. Zerna turned to face Fenshin once again "... We end this now..." She spoke, fighting to keep her voice from cracking as she charged. Tear stung her eyes making her close them right as Fenshin's lance struck her, slamming her into the ground, blood flew out of her mouth as she screamed in pain, the holy light crackling and burning her skin, she could physically feel her sin burning her but she pressed on. Slashing with her halberd she broke connection and got up, the lance came back down and this time she got out of the way but instead started climbing up the lance, the holy light burning her hands and legs but she didn't care, she gripped the pseudo metal and climbed, reaching the arm of the titanic god she ran, trying her hardest to out run Fenshin's massive hands and holy light blasts as she reached his shoulder.

By now he was violently shaking his arm trying to get Zerna off but she has already reached her mark. His neck. Zerna stabbed the spear head of her halberd into his jugular, finally putting down her god. As Fenshin collapsed Zerna blacked out.
