Skyler Report:
China was the subject of our next research expedition, this time in the wake of the "Attack Of Shenlong" Harold wanted to see first hand how, and I quote, "How destruction and wrought effects the aura and magic of locals"
While he was doing his research I took the time to do my own first hand research as I studied the local creatures, the first one is a very popular one.
The Chinese Guardian Lions also known as Foo Dogs or Dire Lions, they are large fiery lions often used by the Chinese police as a sort of special K9 unit, used as companions of warriors through of the history of China they are very large and powerful, about the same size of a dire wolf, though unlike dire wolves their element is set in stone as fire and they actually use their own crude magic
Though while I said crude, trained Chinese Guardian Lions can do some quite impressive magic, the most commonly used one is the "Fire Orb" or "Huǒqiú", it was a spell that a Chinese Guardian Lion (Referring them as Foo Dogs for the sake of ease) do by first almost as if they where coughing up a hairball they spit out from their mouth a paw sized sphere of fire that they can paw towards their foe's as a attack for medium ranged combat, though it has also become a social thing between other trained Foo Dogs and owners as they can make the fire orb only slightly orb due to the nature of fire magic, using it like a ball.
The temperament of Foo Dogs are a lot like actual dogs, playful and loyal but also needy and sometime irritable, if not treated right they could easily turn on their owners and become quite hostile to everything
Wild Chinese Guardian Lion The Chinese Guardian Lion looks like a large lion about the size of dire wolf with a mane made out of what looks to be fire. This a magical effect which serves the guardian lion as a display of strength. Through it, they can show off their large aura and thusly have a higher chance at finding a mate. The creature, despite being a lion and there for a cat acts more like a dog in it's behavior. This particular behavior makes it somewhat susceptible to training, if not for their potentially aggressive alpha behavior. Just like dogs, they show a territorial protective pattern of behavior, as well as a desire to be an alpha. In this respect, they become deadly killing machines when trespassing upon their covens.

Fire Burst - Shaking it's main typically out of refutation, mana flows to it's aura thick fiery mane and burst forwards, spraying flames at it's target Deals 10 fire magic damage. Roll 5-6 dice with 10 sides. Need 1, 5, or 10 to hit. 16 mana to cast
