Jeff Fernow is a suspect arrested by SRT forces due to his possible relation with the "Blinds" gang. Current evidence suggests heavily that subject 4354 is indeed related to the named gang. Subject 4354 is to be contained in a HAZMAT category cell in Area 1 "mother base". Subject 4354 has been diagnosed by the on-site doctor Girev to suffer from stage 4 corruption. - The HAZMAT cell is to be continuously guarded by two rank 5 or above SRT soldiers wearing fully sealed HAZMAT armour. The guardshift is to be rotated around the hour and radio contact must be maintained with intervals of 5 minutes. Any possible sign of attempt at escape should be notified immediately to cell command. - When an escape scenario takes place, subject 4354 is to be shot on sight and incinerated with utmost care. - No-one is to enter the HAZMAT cell containing subject 4354 with any less than 2 SRT guards of rank 5 or above and wearing a HAZMAT suit. - If any on-site personnel is diagnosed with corruption of any stage, both subject 4354 and any other diagnosed subjects are to be shot on sight and incinerated with utmost care. Subject 4354 is suspected to be in possession of knowledge that could lead towards the arrest of "Big blind" who is the supposed leader of the "Blinds" gang. For this reason, an interview has been commissioned. In the following recording, the interview can be heard. The subject is clearly in pain whilst speaking, as can be heard from his tone. There is also a sense of struggle in his voice, as if the subject is being forced to say what he is saying. Interview 1 - Subject 4354
Interviewer: "Hello Jeff, I'm here to ask some questions about your current condition."
Subject: Remains irresponsive. Subject 4354 can be seen looking around the room in a frantic manner.
I: "Jeff Fernow. It is important that you speak with m-"
S: Interrupts interviewer "SSSH!! Do you hear them?"
I: Momentarily stunned. "Jeff, I know you're confused right now but I need you to work with me."
S: "He's... He is listening with us. H-he wants me to talk to you so I will."
I: "Who wants you to talk to me?"
S: "T-the man. The one w-" subject 4354 suddenly grabs his head and groans. "I! I! I... I'm not allowed to... To tell you"
I: "Then what are you allowed to say?"
S: "H-he wants me to...." Subject hits himself on the head once with the flat palm. "He wants me to tell you about the messenger. James Richardo. H-he's a dragon-kin. We call his kind messengers because they bring messages back and forth from big blind to us. He contacts big blind directly I think so he's your best shot at getting to big blind."
I: "That's very useful. So, this "He" wants you to tell us this?"
S: "Y-yes. He wants me to tell more. About my wife, my kids... I killed them. I enjoyed it like the..." subject becomes emotional, starts to cry. "Like the sick fuck I am. I did so many things... I'll give you all of their names. Their contacts. Everything. He wants me to tell you."
Subject 4354 proceeds to cite personal information of 53 personal contacts and stating confession to several accounts of manslaughter, rape, murder of the first degree, drug dealing, human trafficking, organised crime and assault.
I: "I have to say, you're being very co-operative Jeff. If you're expecting an-"
S: "I have to go now."
I: "I'm afraid you can't just l-"
S: "I have to go now!"
I: "Jeff, you c-"
S: "I HAVE TO LEAVE NOW!" Subject holds both hands on his head.
I: "Jeff please calm d-"
S: Begins to bang head onto the table. "IHAVETOLEAVEIHAVETOLEAVEHAVETOLEAVEHAVETOLEAVELEAVELEAVE!"
Guards raise weaponry, interviewer gets up from his seat to maintain larger distance.
S: Suddenly stops, looks at the interviewer with surprisingly wide eyes. "It was nice to talk to you [DATA EXPUNGED]"
I: "Wait, how do you know my name?"
S: Voice seemingly changed. Subject does not move his mouth when he speaks. "I told him"
Subject can be seen biting his own tongue off and leaning back on his seat. Subject enters a shock-like state and suffering a seizure. During the seizure, the subject can be heard begging for mercy to the mysterious "he".
Present guards alert medical services. Due to protocol, medical services do not respond. Guards and interviewer evacuate the cell and are vigorously screened for any infection. None of the guards or interviewer show symptoms of corruption at any stage.
Subject 4354 is confirmed dead at 8:43 PM.
Cause of death: Spontaneous implosion of essential organs. Surprisingly not related to corruption symptoms.
