Samuel glanced at the bodies, his broken mind very weak from all the gruesome he'd seen before this. A silent rage was building inside, but he kept it so restrained. With a gaunt face, he flipped the shovel up over his shoulder and headed over to where he would dig 5 graves. It was no issue to him. As he started to dig, he'd start humming a tune, quietly enough that no one would hear it, but the tune was unrecognizable.

Dexter would soon find his Ale delivered. If germans knew how to do one thin, it was brewing beers. The pewter mug that was delivered to Dexter had a foam layer on top that almost pilled over the edge. The inn had quite a nice feel to it. It was cozy and to a certain extent unclean from all the alcohol spots. The damp smell of alcohol, fireplace smoke and pine added to this feeling of a common man's best possible hang out.

Devon too recieved his foaming ale delivered in a pewter mug. Not much could come to mid about helping slaves however, as not much about the place was known to Devon.

The barkeep waddled over to Vladimir after some time of him attempting to get his attention. The man was a bit fat with bright red cheeks. No doubt this man was a low-born earth elemental. In one hand he held a mug, in the other a cleaning rag. He stopped by Vladimir and looked down at him as he arrived. "Ja? What can I get you?"

Samuel would be bussy for quite some time before he'd be able to get the holes done. By this time the warden that had given him the shovel had walked off to the entrance of the area. Something had caught the warden's attention. The carriage holding the dead bodies would now have to be emptied by Samuel and put into the holes. It wouldn't be hard for Samuel to tell that there were more than five bodies. Some would have to share a hole, which made the burial all the more degenerative.

From Samuel's position, he could see more warden gathering at the entrance. They were loudly arguing with the visitors that seemed to have come. Fully steel armor clad knights. Two of them. They were big too. It seemed the wardens didn't want them coming in. Samuel could overhear some of the talk.

"We recieved no command from the duchy! Get out of here foreign scu-"

A muffled response from one of the Knights. Obstructed by their helmets.

"My arse you will! Ain't none of your mages coming in with the duchy's orders!"

Samuel was close to done with his work.

Vladimir rolled his shoulders, and casually replied. "Mind telling me why there are carriages that reek of blood? They are obviously not from slaughter houses, as the stench is of humans and not animals."

Samuel was quiet and hard at work. The soldiers were a new threat to him, since they likely carried heavy weaponry and were much better skilled than the wardens. Keeping his head down was the best idea, as far as anyone could think.

But, Samuel would be able to use the distractions to his advantage now. The wardens weren't going to be paying much attention to the grave digger right now, and this was the perfect opportunity to bolt. He walked over towards the carriage, acting as if he were going to continue doing the job, but his eyes trained on the wardens. As soon as he was close enough, and he felt that no one would be able to catch him just yet, he disappeared behind the carriage, and started to move out of there. If anyone were to ask what he was doing, he could simply claim some basic story and get out of dodge.

Vladimir waved his hand dismissively, shaking his head slightly. "No no, they wouldn't put their bodies in a carriage- they'd likely just leave them in a mass grave close to the deaths. Either that or use a cart. They specifically used a carriage." Vladimir stated rather casually. Humans were quite weak in comparison to the more powerful races, so their inferiority was easy to understand. However it seemed the water elemental wasn't thinking too hard about causes of death. The fire Elemental on the other hand seemed bothered by something, though he hadn't the faintest clue.
