Aiolos couldn’t claim to be fond of their way of handling politics, but they were smart about it. While they may have seemed like dirty bikers at a first glance, it was clear they did just enough to hide incriminating evidence. Regardless of their modus operandi, however, Aiolos needed to find and isolate Hunlaout so he could bring him to court.

Walking up to the front door and asking for the man would frankly be a terrible idea. At least, it would be without sufficient information. Instead, he’d have to find Hunlaout from outside the barn and strike when the opportunity showed itself.

Deciding to recycle a method from earlier, Aiolos created another bunch of fruitflies and sent them to count the amount of people in the area. This would give him an overview of how many people he’d have to deal with if things went sour.

Aiolos opted for waiting until night while he let his fruitflies do a couple things. Firstly, a large group was ordered to observe the layout of the barn. And secondly, another large group was ordered to instead count the amount of people who were awake. When, or if, the number reached 5 or less, he'd act.

Okay, the number increased, probably should’ve expected that from a clubhouse. However, since they were partying this hard, it was safe to assume they would also be getting drunk. This meant lowered senses, worse aim in case they were hostile and pulled a gun, and their control of their magic probably wouldn’t be too good, either. It would also mean they’d be getting a lot more physical, for better or for worse, however.

With this in mind, Aiolos decided to wait until very early dawn, around 3-4AM, still keeping his fruit flies active by counting the amount of conscious people in the barn. At a time like 3 or 4AM, the bikers would, most likely, be tired, drunk or unconscious, making it easier to drag off Hunlaout. That’s when Aiolos would have the opportunity to walk in and find Hunlaout.

Aiolos wouldn’t be spending his time waiting idly, however. As a precaution, just in case things got violent, Aiolos would need a failsafe. Appropriately, that would also be the codename for the being he was going to create. Unlike the other beings he’d made, this one wouldn’t be based on a particular animal. Rather, it was based on a toy; the Jack-in-a-box. With a mass of 15kg, this creatures ‘body’ consisted of two parts: the head and the neck. The head was circular and was entirely dedicated to a giant maw with a multitude of sharp teeth. The neck was of a spring-like design, made to suddenly pop out, extending the length of the neck by almost 7 times when attacking. The failsafe was given a simple order; to hide in Aiolos’ shadow and only attack the nearest conscious person when Aiolos snapped his fingers.

Frankly, Aiolos was hoping to not use the failsafe. After all, it was a failsafe, meant only to be used if everything went wrong. However, Aiolos had no clue how they’d react to his presence considering what happened at the bar.

Aiolos let out a sigh of relief and smiled. “I suppose getting rid of fat Mike was a good deed in their eyes...” Aiolos thought to himself as he recalled all of his fruit flies (with the exception of the ones still at the Friechte estate) and disassembling them alongside his failsafe. Then, he accepted the beer handed to him. “I suppose I can have a drink or two.” He said.

“Ah, I understand. Well, it was a pleasure to help.” Aiolos said with a polite smile as he opened the beer can. He didn’t drink from it just yet though. “Speaking of which, I was hoping you could help me?”

Seeing as this was a crime syndicate, Aiolos raised his guard somewhat once more. There was no telling how they’d react to what Aiolos was about to say. “I’m looking for Hunlaout.”

For some reason, Aiolos became considerably more nervous. Nothing particularly noticeable, though. It probably had something to do with the firearms just lying around the place. However, Aiolos decided to simply wait for ‘Atilla’ to arrive. However, as a safety precaution, Aiolos decided to start creating the fly-like creatures that he could use as distractions if need be. For the time being, he made 50k of the buggers. Additionally, a couple of the gyrfalcon-like beings would serve him nicely as well.
