Appearance : Bogat have bright green eyes, and sprayed black hair brought to the back, that could probably give him a refined look if not for the grin-like smile he always harbor, being full of self-satisfaction and confidence. His antlers, similarly to that a of a deer, are good-looking and a bit dignified, without being big, tall or wide enough that they'd be a hindrance. His marks are composed of pentagons and hexagons going down from his shoulders to the palm of his hands in a spiral shape. He wear a stylish red bordeaux costume over a white shirt, supple enough not to hinder his movements and in cotton, so friction-proof and untearable.

Background : When you're a little child of 5 human years old, or equivalents following the species, it's rather cute to dream of becoming president or king. When you're a grown adult of 40 and still have this obsession, it's a bit more creepy. Having grown up in quite average, boring conditions, totally unfitting of him (according to his unrealistic self-esteem at least), he decided at the age of 20 that this world wasn't good enough for him, and that it should be remade worthy of him. Near to twenty years later, he realise no one was about to do anything about that, so he decided to do it himself, with all the help he would be able to gather. His dream is to gather for himself at least 80% of the world's monetary funds through his soon-to-be organization Lumea, and create a World of his own, on which he would rule over every single aspect. Although very megalomaniac, he's surprisingly realistic when he have to take decisions and will most often follow the option that have the greatest chance of getting him closer to his goal. Other odd point, he think of his relationship with his subordinates like that of lord and vassal : he protect and care about them, but only as long as they're fidel to him. Everything he does, is for the sake of «His World».
