So let's see what needs fixing and what's good.
Species and race: There are multiple types of elves, and it's important we specify which one you're using due to the advantages and disadvantages that come with it. Judging from the description and picture you sent in discord, she's a snow elf. That would mean you get the following perks;
Tribal creation: Start at apprentice level armorer if selected as its profession Warm-blooded: Impervious to cold damage. Melting mentality: Suffering fire damage lowers EMO and INT by -1 for three rounds
Sadly, cyborgs arent a thing yet. But if science progresses a bit and your character loses a few limbs... they'll get those sweet deus ex machina limbs.
Element: Blood is not an element. But blood magic is indeed a thing you can use. It's considered the unholy form of water magic. If you get the water element and act a bit evil, you'll get access to blood magic in no time.
Birth magi So gravity. For now I assume that would mean simple levitation and perhaps some sort of telekinesis of small objects. Like a pen or a knife... sounds good to me.
Profession; An assassin lends itself more towards "inflitration". I would also reccomend joining a faction like Oiches shadow army; they're basically the assassin-guild.
Stats: A very interesting build to say the least. However, you do need at least one point in EMO. (Hitting 0 on any stat can cause death)
Perks: I do love scythe wielders. This would be the two-handed weapon perk that you can get around lvl 5.
Known skills: A very interesting skill, but I do need to put those into the codex. And this one seems very powerful for a lvl 1. You can find a list of skills available in the codex
Known spells; Again, it sounds like a very nice spell, but it's way too powerful for a lvl 1. The codex has a complete list with spells that you can get. Presuming you're going the blood magic route, look towards the water tab
