Wisps: These curious creatures composed of concentrated magic are not exactly a common sight, and are quite distinct; a hovering sphere of magic, their particular element deciding their coloring and consistency, and up to a meter in diameter. Their intellect and their sentience is still being tested tested through science, though from history and previous events, their opinions towards people is... mixed. Typically mischievous in nature, they will both assist and act as a burden to individuals. Examples of them helping people are rather numerous: acting as a makeshift lantern in a cave, guiding a ship to safety to safety, an other such acts have been recorded. However, their acts as prankster and mean-spirited acts are just as numerous: Causing travelers to lose their way, awakening slumbering beasts, and stealing left socks are just part of the many acts remembered and chances are experienced by quite a few people. Typically, they are in colonies or groups of up to 10, seeing as they are particularly social beings. There are also a scattering of tales in which Wisps taking a liking to individuals, and act as lifelong companions; though the validity of these reports have yet to be confirmed.
Health: 30 Mana: 50 Stamina: 10 Ability to use low ranking spells of their respective element Upon meeting with PCs, rolls a six sided dice per Wisp/wisp group encountered. Do not roll if their territory/members are under attack- they will fight or flee according to a 1 or 2 on a two sided dice, respectively. 1 and 6 mean Helpful/assisting , 3 and 5 mean Mischievous/aggressive, 2 and 4 mean they ignore/flee from them.
